The first level of Reiki training includes:
• The history and philosophy of Reiki,
• A discussion of what the energy is and various ways it can be used,
• An initiation into the use of Reiki energy,
• Explanation of and practice treating self and others, 
• A book covering the fundamentals of Reiki.
• Handouts reiterating important points and resources going forward.
• A special gift.

Upon completion of this class, the student will conduct a 21-day self-cleanse with Reiki to clear their own energy channels. During this time the student may also perform treatments on friends and family and continue to practice the protocols and become comfortable with the energy and its applications. Reiki Practice/Share sessions are available monthly and attendance is strongly encouraged.

The second level of Reiki training may be taken following the self cleanse and includes:
• Another initiation to further promote healing/increase the flow of energy,
• Instruction on the use of three sacred Reiki symbols,
• New protocols, including those for distant transmission of Reiki energy,
• Giving and receiving a distant Reiki session,
• A brief overview of the use of healing crystals,
• Practical business-building strategies and tactics,
• Insight into what is involved in setting up a business.

The third level of Reiki training may be taken after at least six months of consistent Reiki practice and/or outreach, and includes:
• Another placement (attunement) to increase the flow of energy,
• Instruction on the use of Master Level Reiki symbols,
• The introduction of protocols for continuous transmission of distant Reiki energy,
• The introduction and practice of extraction techniques.

The fourth level of Reiki training may be taken immediately after Level 3, and includes:
• Protocols and symbols necessary to teach all levels of Reiki,
• Instruction on how to perform placements (attunements) on others, with practice time.
• Workshopping ways to connect with potential students,
• Several tools to help you develop and present a Reiki course. 

For those who are called to expand the reach of healing energy in this way, it can be a very rewarding experience, and one that is dearly needed in these changing times.
