The 20th District is bustling, so we were glad a few folks were able to take a short break to join us for some Reiki.

“If I can help just one person…” is the common refrain. On this day, Reiki helped nine.

Big thanks to fellow Reiki practitioners Joanna and Angela for coming out in the cold to support our first responders. Thanks to our first responders who face all manner of conditions to keep us safe.
