During a Reiki session we’re not doing anything ‘to’ you. We’re just creating an environment where your system—your energy field—can access what it needs to heal itself. Our process is the same each time, and the results vary widely. That’s because we’re not in charge.

It was Rachel’s first day with the Reiki Brigade. She took the day off work “in the trades” to join us in serving recruits and instructors at the Academy—and left feeling “like a million bucks!” Welcome aboard, Rachel!

Thanks to practitioners Mike, Kim, and newbie Rachel. And thanks to Sgt. Lozano. The Sergeant has just completed Reiki Level 2 training, and we’re trying to get her to offer sessions to her colleagues at the Academy.
