Reiki at the Northern IL University

Favorite feedback: "This was the best program I’ve been to at NEIU.”

We’ve added Northeastern Illinois University to the list of institutions of higher learning we’ve introduced to Reiki. We were invited to give a Lunch & Learn presentation to the Chicago Cancer Health Equity Collaborative (CHEC) followed by Reiki sessions. The group is made up of students from Northwestern, U of C, NEIU, and various other Chicago colleges.

The students were engaged in the presentation and asked several excellent questions, some even taking me to task with the critical thinking skills they’ve learned at their respective schools.

Then we were too busy giving Reiki—with a long line for a bit—to get any action photos, but overall 30 students and faculty took advantage of the opportunity. Their feedback is summarized below:

Overall a wonderful collaboration, bringing information backed by tangible experiences to demonstrate to the new generation their fundamental energetic and spiritual nature.
